Delivery Information

How does delivery work?

  • Standard delivery within South Africa is FREE on orders of R650 or more.

  • The total shown at checkout is guaranteed, with no hidden charges.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Once your order is confirmed, we begin preparing it for dispatch immediately.

  • Orders placed before 2pm (CAT) are dispatched the same day

  • Orders placed after 2pm (CAT) are dispatched the next working day

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery at any time.

Where We Deliver

We deliver nationwide across South Africa. From major cities to smaller regional areas, Roxie has you covered.

Delivery Timeframes (South Africa)

Main Cities

  • Orders placed before 2pm: delivery within 3–5 working days

  • Orders placed after 2pm: delivery within 3–5 working days after dispatch

Regional Areas (outside major cities)

  • Delivery within up to 5 working days after dispatch

Remote Areas

  • Couriers service remote locations on scheduled days

  • Delivery can take 3–7 working days after dispatch

Delivery Charges

  • Free delivery in South Africa on orders of R650 or more

  • International shipping rates (including duties and taxes) are calculated at checkout

Post Office & P.O. Boxes

We do not deliver to Post Offices or P.O. Boxes.

All deliveries are made via courier to a physical street address or designated lockers, and a signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available, the courier will attempt delivery again later that day or on the next working day.

Incorrect or Changed Delivery Address

  • If your order was placed the same day, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll update the address where possible

  • If the order has already been processed or dispatched, an additional delivery fee may apply

Parcel Safety

All Roxie orders are carefully packed using appropriate protective packaging and sealed securely. Our courier partners handle parcels with care to ensure they arrive safely at your chosen address.
