• 15-day returns from delivery date
• Items must be unused, in original packaging with labels and tags in place 
• Nail wraps and opened skincare: Hygiene reasons- only accepted if faulty or damaged 
• Return shipping: customer pays unless item is faulty or wrong (then we cover)
• Easy process: e-mail: hello@roxie.co.za with your order number and photos and we send return instructions
• Refunds: will be processed within 5-10 business days after we have received and inspected
